It is perhaps the most offensive word I have recently come across. Offensive because it is true of me.


Half-hearted passions, not enough patience or dedication to pierce through the surface, laziness, lack of motivation… all of the above. It’s something to be ashamed of, I think.


I need to find what I love and love it so.

1. I picked this word up the other day on another blog about photography… wouldn’t have known it to be derogatory if not for the context.

   Now I can use it in place of words such as “script kiddie” and “noob.”
